The interview process was quick, which shows that the company needed to fill the position fast and did not care about the background of the hire. There are typically 3 phone interviews and you meet with different people in the company. One will be the person you are reporting to and the others are people that you will not deal with on the day-to-day basis. The experience and overall interview was very easy. It seemed like the company needed a lot of help and are asking for a lot out of you.
