An unusual and confusing experience.
While polite, HR almost talked the company down. It took weeks between communication and pre-organised call times set were either missed or very late, with no apology.
The interview with the team lead went very well. The team lead indicated positive feedback would go to HR. I heard back from HR one month later because "more than one team lead kept asking [them/HR] to follow up". I have undertaken the next required steps, but again, no response.
As per other reviews, for the time taken, it would be nice to at least get a generic "thanks for your interest, but you werent successful this time" email.
an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by one or more in-person or video interviews with hiring managers or other team members, and potentially a final interview with senior leadership.
It was good and easy to negotiate the package
