The process consisted of an initial phone screen and a skills assessment. The skills assessment had many requirements and took a few days to complete. The reviewers of the skills assessment did not look for completion of all the requirements, and only cared about the quality of the code. I would have been better off submitting a project that only had a portion of the features with flawless code implementation.

It is a waste of time to interview with this company if you are underrepresented groups. It is easy interview but they throw out lots of questions beyond the agenda if there is time left and finally caught your wrong answers for some questions.
