Entrevista
Only a few rounds of interviews, but for the 2nd had to do resume review, case study, and presentation. Thorough with response time, contacted me when they said they would.

I was very excited about the role of a university recruiter at Generation Veeva. In general, most people I spoke with were friendly but the overall experience was a disaster. The first interviewer did not look at my CV before our chat, they were going over it while being on a call with me. I had 8 (!!!) zoom calls with different people. After the third one, I was told that my interview process is over and that next calls will allow me to get to know the team. After having waited for several weeks for them to "prepare an offer", I had a call with the VP Employee Success. In the title of my zoom invite, I could see that I was a "candidate on hold". The allegedly informal chat with VP turned out to be a proper formal interview with the same round of questions I had already replied to in all previous interviews. After having been interrogated for 30 additional minutes in this meeting, I knew I would not want to work with this company. The way the last meeting was handled and how I was spoken with were humiliating. With each step of the process, I saw less and less respect and friendliness. I have been in recruiting for quite a while and I know that sometimes candidates are put on hold, it's a completely normal process. It is also totally fine to be choosing between candidates and taking time for that. What I do not consider normal is the dishonesty around it. I eventually chose to be part of the company, which was completely transparent with me throughout the whole recruitment process and which demonstrated the willingness to have me on board. Having 8 steps in the recruiting process is also not a great way to win the best talents as at some point one feels weary about the opportunity. I genuinely think there is potential in the company. At the same time, I definitely think there is a big need for improvement in the recruitment process.

Why do you want to work at Generation Veeva? How would you tackle the tasks?

Virtual interview but the questions they asked weren't even about your job experience and background. They only cared about what other companies you're applying to and the "key job titles" that you're searching during your job hunt.
