I am not one to write company reviews, but this was so unprofessional that it overcame the activation energy needed to make a post. I applied in Fall of 2024 for this role and was rejected without an interview. Since then I've drastically adjusted my resume and completed new projects that I've added as well. The position re-opened so I applied again with success, scheduling an interview for the following week. With less than an hour notice my interview was canceled because they realized I had applied to the position in the past and refused to review my qualifications... despite being extremely qualified for this role as far as the written text that was posted. The unprofessionalism is infuriating and there was no reply to my followup question: my advice is if this is how the company runs the hiring process, you likely don't want to work here. Maybe this is why the same position re-opened?

Entrevista
Relatively straightforward process, not overly difficult. It was several rounds with different coworkers and prospective boss. Everyone was nice and kind and respectful of my time, and I would recommend the company after the process.
They go through a few behavioral interviews which isn't anything intense (yay), However, they have you do a take home project. This is the real problem, they aren't clear on what they want and they aren't very aware that if you're working full time and doing a full feature spec that takes time, It feels more like they're trying to get free work given the depth and level you go to not get the job. Granted I did get feedback which was appreciated but the feedback was frustrating as it's easily something that could have been fixed with a slightly more indepth view of what they're looking for.
