The interview was brief and left me in shock. The hiring manager seemed visibly taken aback when he saw that I am white—a reaction I’ve encountered before, but never expected to impact the professionalism of the interview process. Throughout the conversation, I was repeatedly interrupted to the point where I had to ask him to stop and allow me to finish my answers. I’ve been through many interviews, but never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior. Well, I'm glad that I didn't get the job. Can't imaging to work under such manager.
