Absurd interview process for a an entry level position or a “development program.” Pros: The recruiter is super responsive and transparent throughout the process. Cons: The final round of written case assignment is extremely time consuming, with very little directions given. They’re not very appreciative of the time you’ve taken for the entire process.

First round was straightforward and conversational. Good to prepare some knowledge of the industry as well as answers to common interview questions. My interviewer was also very helpful in terms of giving tips and expectations for later rounds.
