Expect 4 to 6 interviews. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and made the interview process feel relaxed. First is a call with a recruiter who will gauge if this type of work is a good fit. It will serve you well to research Veeva before this call to be prepared for the questions asked here. Second is an exercise that requires ~40 hours of prep. They will ask you to use their software to develop a solution for a hypothetical client and present the solution to a panel of employees. It is important to convey your thought processes when you were developing your solution. Third is a conversation about company culture with the hiring manager, and forth is a call with someone in the development program. At this point you may be given an offer or asked for additional interviews.
