TL;DR: One of the stages in the recruitment process is an exercise that takes 20-40 hours (!!!) according to the hiring manager's estimates. Basically they want you to work for a full week for free before they even make an offer. There was 1 interview with a recruiter, then another one with the manager. Both conversations were pleasant. There were two suspicious aspects though - first of all, they initially agreed they could fulfill my salary requirements, but then said that the number I gave would not be the base salary - it would be the whole "package" that included unclearly defined "client hours" and Veeva stock shares. The deal breaker for me however was the "interview exercise" that the manager described. Basically they want to play a game where they pretend to be a customer, from which you are supposed to gather requirements and configure the system according to the requirements. The manager said the exercise usually takes recruitees... 20 to 40 hours. You have two weeks for that, which means you'll probably have to work up to 4 hours a day for free, for two weeks, just for a chance to be considered for the next step of the process. I quickly withdrew my application.

they have 5 rounds of interview s minimum, why? its ridicilous, the process took more than a month, who has so much time today for one application? I alsó had to completely tasks ah home work and also during the interviews
