The process began with three phone interviews, mostly conversational/informational about the product, company culture, etc. After that was the case assignment, which was a good example of the day-to-day work for this position but did take about 20+ hours to complete. Next was an in person interview to go over my work history. Last was a video interview where we mostly talked about the company’s vision, values, and culture. Although it was a fairly rigorous process, it serves an important purpose. It tests whether you are well suited for the role and gives an opportunity to try the software.
