Entrevista
Initial interview was with the engineering VP. Spent a lot of time asking about my personal life. I think this was a way for him to gauge my personality and interests.
Second round was a live coding exercise. Not too difficult and the interviewer was friendly and easy to talk with.
Third phase was a 30 minute personality profile. I did not make it to the next phase after this 🙃
Friendly interviewer, a total of three rounds with a mix of technical, logical , coding and QA related questions. The coding questions are about leetcode easy to medium. Forces to code in java.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by a QA Manager, and the questions were mostly behavioral, focusing on my future goals and next steps. During the conversation, it was mentioned that I would need to relocate to the Bay Area to align with the team’s time zone, even though the role is listed as remote. Currently, the time difference from my location is only two hours, so this requirement was a bit unexpected.
Overall, it seemed that the team has specific preferences in their hiring process, so it may be helpful for candidates to clarify location expectations early on to avoid any confusion.
