Just a friendly 1-on-1 interview, with no tough questions asked. There was no test given, despite it being a software development role. However, even though I had prior experience that is relevant to the position I have applied for, the interviewer shows no indication of offering a better rate, but instead briefly told me that I had to lower my expectations by a significant amount. (Salary expectation was brought up by interviewer).
