It took a little over a month to get an interview after I applied, but the overall proccess was fast after getting scheduled for that first interview. First interview is a casul conversation with HR. Your typical screening but a comfortable talk to see if your motivations and experience could be a good fit. Second interview was with the future manager and got more techinical in questions. I was then quickly moved toward the case study portion of this process where I had 48 hours to complete two peices of work before presenting to two managers. The final interview was to see an application of my thoughts, strategic thinking, and ability to understand the company and it's product. Whole process felt quick once I was in the pipeline. No BS. Respectful of my time. Transparent. I also felt that I was treated like an adult and taken seriously.
