I applied online and went through three interviews. The first one was with an HR representative to review my resume and ask some basic questions regarding Data Warehouses and PKs. The second one was with a hiring manager where she did some situational questions and pretty basic questions related to the same topics and a practical exercise. The final interview was with two team members more focused on my interests and what kind of tasks I'd like to be involved in. Everything was nice and maybe they just needed another kind of profile.
