Interview with the recruiter, interview with the manager of the team and final interview with director. The interview with the manager includes a "mock call" which was meant to be a surprise. Standard interview questions with manager, director felt a little more in-depth/more like a real conversation.

It took a week after recruiter first emailed me for him to actually call me. I had two rounds of interviews, I felt they went well. I didnt hear anything from the recruiter after the second one. I waited a week and then reached out. The recruiter never responded. Overall, the questions from the screening call to the two rounds felt like a typical interview. I was excited to move forward, but I was ghosted.

The process will consist of multiple interviews, it all depends on the positioning you are going for. They go from a 1-1 to a panel and also role plays. They want to know how much you know about the company and how overall experience you have with technology.
