Invite to 1st interview - logical tasks, questions about IT (active directory, servers ect) + short talk with hiring manager
After that can sen you another tech task to write bugs and test program
After this - final interview with 3 hiring manager

I think Interview process was just a formality, selection based on IT Qualification. May be, I don't have required IT skills according to them as I came from mechanical background.

It was strange, without interest from company to hire you, i think they want a genius with small salary, maybe they don't want to hire anyone i think or they want real geeks
