I received an email pertaining to my application that I sent to Vectrus, telling me that my resume was of interest to the company. The employer left me a number and email address to contact him about an interview. I emailed the employer, telling him that I was interested in working for Vectrus, and the same day, the employer emailed me back with a date and time that he would be calling me for a phone interview. I replied with an acceptance letter that I would be available. During the phone interview, I was asked the normal questions about what did I know about computers. I answered with the knowledge of what I've had experienced during my college and previous employment. The employer for Vectrus was impressed of my answers, and made me an offer to work for for Vectrus. I accepted.

Smooth and easy process. They love to hire vets. Over the phone. Took awhile for them to get the paperwork through which pushed the start date a couple times. Other than that it was very easy for me.
