Phone interview with hiring manager and another Operations Supervisor. Basic behavioral based questions with answers given in STAR format. Invited for second interview in person. 2nd interview consisted of 3 person panel asking similar behavioral based questions. Process very professional but also relaxed. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable.
