As well as a technical assessment. Proactively come prepared with examples of strategic thinking and creative strategy. Must have knowledge of social landscape and relevant cultural trends.

It was smooth, clear, and transparent. From the initial interview they would give you tips on how to prepare for the next round of interview (with manager, so focused on skill) and would guide you on the application process

Four rounds with different department heads and the same questions over and over. After every round, no one could tell me what the next round was or if there would be additional ones. Was very repetitive and after all that I was rejected without feedback
