Took several months for decision to be made. Not sure why they called it a Director position. Position paid tens of thousands lower than it should have, and did not have direct reports or any real programs to manage. They were clearly looking for a specialized, individual contributer, rather than a person who could manage programs and lead people. We're looking for someone to help get FAA liscencing, rather than keep their employees safe. Too many red flags, and too much risk.
