I applied online and after 3 days HR contacted me in order to schedule interviews with two traders. First, they ask me a few standard questions, such as "why do you like trading?" and then come a bunch of quantitative reasoning/probability questions. Following a week-long interview process, senior members of the company called me back for another round.
