If they found you eligible in the technical interview then manager round and HR will be conducted simultaneously. Negligible chances to get rejected by manager. Over all nice place to work.

Straitforward and efficient. Both the technical lead and the manager helped me to perform my very best. No "homework" for first round. Frendly and supporting recruiters. But the wholo process lasted around six weeks overall.
