Entrevista
The interview process is fairly simple and straight forward.They do not offer paper applications, everything is done via the vans website. From the website you are able to choose which job(s) to apply for and which location(s) you are interested in. Sometimes it takes a few days to receive a call back from them about your application but doesn't take more thank a week. They had me interview with a few other candidates which is not very overwhelming only because it is only a total of 3 people and the interviewer.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
