Very easy, calm, I dressed casual, do not wear suit and tie attire, you won't get hired. The manager was very cool and laid back. Some may have an online interview, some may have one in person, make sure to check before hand.
You apply through the website. You are then asked to do a quick and easy, video interview with relevant questions. These questions are for the hiring team to get a better sense of who you are and to see if you are a good fit to join the Vans team.
