Extremely easy. Very personable manager relaxed interview wore vans chino and polo to interview he was happy I wore the vans still wear somewhat business casual attire no cologne no jeans don’t care about piercings if not too many don’t care about tattoos either just be yourself

Am I outgoing and why? What would I do if encountered by an angry customer? What makes me want to work at Vans? A few others, but quite simple. The hiring manager was really personable and it was a relaxed interview.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
