Interview with another store manager they will decide if you move on to the district manager interview which is more like a get to know you conversation and if you pass that you then interview with the regional manager which will be very to the point

Lots of situational questions - both hypothetical and actual - to gauge how well you do in specific situations. Not intimidating. I had an interview with my area manager and then a short convo with regional manager.
