You first have a phone screening typical based off of your resume and schedule your interview if you pass. In the phone screening you will have behavioral questions asked and also what kind of technical skills you have. Then Student Visit Day 8 hrs long (Tech interview & Behavioral.) Tour of campus, benefits, perks. You will have two group exercises (Group activity & Round table discussion). For tech interview you will be given a scenario and you have 20 mins to yourself to prepare the answer then present it to the interviewer. This company really cares about its employees and I have to say it is the kind of company you want to work at. For student visit day I only had 6 kids in my group all applying for different positions. The people are really nice and I would have to say that the interviewers really helped if you got stuck on the question. They made sure to help you if you during the questioning. Over all I would have to say it was a great experience and they tell you that you will find out in 2 weeks whether or not you will get the position over the phone.
