Follow their STAR Review in terms of how you answer questions. Be knowledgable but willing to learn more. Really try and show your strengths in customer service. They just want to know that you are a smart person who can handle the job and meet client expectations. Their clients are the most important thing and their employees are a close second. They do everything they can to please both parties. Thats the truth.
