Applied for a Client Service Representative Position online. Received an email to schedule a phone interview with a HR representative. The recruiter asked general questions about career and former positions as well as Behavioural questions. Was subsequently contacted for a second round interview with Business Manager. Interview was conducted over the phone and lasted 45 minutes.
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.

There are 2 rounds for interviews, one was over the phone and the other is on Microsoft Teams. The first interview was a lot of asking why I wanted to work for Vanguard, my experience, etc. I have not done the second interview yet.
