Called by HR for initial screening, then invited for a series of interviews at main campus. Preceding the interview were a series of presentations about Vanguard as a whole and the position details. Was interviewed by two sets of two people each. Most questions were behavioral, STAR interviewing technique. "Talk about a time/Tell us about a time when..." Also was able to speak with current FFAs.

Typical star interview process with several levels of management. It is a slow process and you should expect several weeks of delay between interview and decision. Further expect that the typically salary is lower than others because of the benefits offered.

2 part interview process. The first interview was a brief 15 min phone interview to see if you are a good fit for the company. The second interview was an all-day in-person event.
The day has multiple events throughout the day.
