Talked with a recruiter at our career fair and gave them my resume. The next day I was called and had a phone interview, after the interview I was asked if I could fly to Charlotte for the next step. At Charlotte I had 2 individual interviews and then a group interview/activity.

First a phone interview where they just asked questions in STAR format. Then 2 in person interviews, one more get to know you STAR questions and one technical with a case study.

Completed a phone interview with some technical and behavioral questions and then was invited to in person interview with both technical and behavioral questions. The in person interview included learning more about the company, in addition to interviewing.
