The Interview process was split into 4 parts
1: Behavioral Interview
2: Technical Case Study Interview - for me there was no coding involved in this portion of the interview I just had to explain / pitch a solution to the interviewer about the case study I was given. After that I answered some standard programming questions on Data Structures and OOP.
3: Group Chat with other candidates and devs @ Vanguard
4: Short Presentation by a Vanguard Tech Lead

The interview process was very straight forward. After applying, I had a recruiter screen then I was sent a hackerrank with 3 multiple-choice questions and 3 LC-style questions. Then, I participated in a super day that was two rounds, a technical case and a behavioral interview. Super friendly people at each step of the process, great company values.
