Had a phone interview and spoke with HR rep to determine skill set was good for the positoin. Then went in for an hour and a half interview - 50% time spent with managers asking generic interview questions off of a predetermined list and 50% with the HR rep going over benefits. No discussion of salary during phone interivew or during 1st 'on campus' interview. Invited for 2nd 'on campus' interview - scheduled this week.
