Applied through university right after college. They contacted me for a phone interview with an HR manager. Mostly discussed my prior internships and why I was interested in working in finance. After the initial phone interview, I went on site to have an interview with two managers. One was set to my boss directly, and the other was the department head.

First round was pretty easy. They just asked me why I wanted to apply and asked me one STAR question. I made it to the second round, so we'll see how that goes.

I was reached out for a phone call interview by “ Ava” and I scheduled and was ready for the call but never received one, I emailed immediately for understanding and if I could receive a number to call and was told my phone wasn't working when it definitely was and I actually asked someone I knew to call me to confirm. I rescheduled my interview with Ava and then days before my new interview I got a message saying it was cancelled with no explanation. This company completely wastes peoples time from what I gathered
