Very long and detailed process with several leaders across firm. Questions were very basis with focus on customer and doing the right thing at all times. Heavy focus on providing feedback to the employees and creating the correct envirnoment for success.

First phone screen with recruiter. Then Behavioral based and role play on campus. Open time at the end to ask questions. Received an offer shortly after. Fairly standard interview process.
