I found vanguard through a career fair at my college. I ended up getting a phone interview a week later and then an on campus interview a week after that. The interview entails the basic behavior style questions, and then a case study and role play exercise. The role play has a twist so be prepared for that. Just remember that the customer is the most important issue.

The most difficult part is the case study and role play because they are looking for a specific answer and give you very little information to give a correct response.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
