If you get through the basic phone interview you ARE NOT IN THE CLEAR.
I was interviewed on site in Scottsdale.
You get 2 on site interviews, 1 is behavioral, the other is a case study.
The behavioral one is easy, especially if you have work experience, they want to make sure you can be put into a customer service role. The case study, once again was more customer service focused.
This position is really all about customer service. Despite knowing a great deal about finance and investing I didn't get the job.
They don't even hire many finance/accounting majors for this position from what I saw.
If you want a real career in finance don't even waste your time.
If you want to be some fruity "people person" this is the place for you.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
