This was a mid-level role and not an entry level interview process. It began with a typical phone interview, then moved onto an in-person interview on campus followed by a writing/grammar test. The in-person interview was with the hiring manager and another department manager. The questions followed a STAR model (identify a situation or task at hand, name the actions taken, explain the results).

Entrevista
(Note: I posted for this job internally) I met with the hiring manager and her supervisor for an hour interview. They asked me to describe my current role and explain why I was qualified for the role. The they asked me a number of STAR questions. After a week they called to offer me the position.
