STAR format. Multiple stages - first phone interview, then on campus with multiple interviewers from senior management. There was a group of approximately 10 people. 3 Interviewers changed one another. They were going from table to table to be able to interview each candidate one by one.

STAR, question about how would you approach a difficult client, "tell me about the situation when you disobeyed you managers order or something like that.." Also imaginary client suitability question. I had one where young couple supposed to spend to invest their lifetime savings into an aggressive growth fund since they're still young and can afford to risk.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entrevista
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
