EY employee will call you for interview. There will be primary round but they will never get back to you if you try to hear a feedback will ghost you completely not recieve call or respond to email.
The interview process is very thorough. I had a 15-20 minute phone interview and interview in person with 6 different people. I through it was overkill. Three hours of interviewing on my first visit.
