They started my interview process and I cleared the first round. Then they sent me and assignment and the HR person told me he will call me back in 2 days(After the weekend) to review the assignment. I went ahead and submitted the assignment, doing more than what I was asked for. It's been 3 months and they have not even emailed or called me still. Extremely toxic culture.
