In the beggining I said that I didn't have a permission to work in the country I was applying for (Serbia) which was not a problem they said. After I finished all 3 interviews (which I liked) they started to prepare an offer for me. However suddenly a problem occured - the hiring proccess was going to take about 2,5 months because of me not having a work permit. They said it's too long and I got rejected. They should have told me this from the begginig.
