Phone Interview, followed by case study and 3 hr in person interview. Communication regarding the in-person interview wasn't clear upfront, but recruiter was very personable and nice. Met with 4 different people at the in-person. Co-founder seems great, but junior people were very difficult to establish good rapport with. You can tell it has the standard growing pains of a tech startup which will only get worse when the seed funding runs out.
