Face to face interview.
Nothing just judged English.
Its kind of a Bpo in different name.
It was very simple. Once the HR gets resume, they call and have a telephonic Intro then f2f and thats all.
The interview had standard questions. They asked about the case studies and the reasons for joining the firm and why research field. The interview was preceded by an aptitude round. The difficulty level was easy.

interview was walkin, like literaly walkin. I just went to the manager with my cv nd was asked to join the very next day. The manager didnt asked lot of questions but told me about the work process that it is based upon calling and i had to make about 80 calls a day
