I had three rounds with the department. The first round was behavioral and the other two rounds were technical in nature. The first technical round was based on basic finance questions regarding bonds valuation, derivative valuation and black-scholes model.

Quick process, they did a first round interview with the manager who then would tell you that day whether you move on or not, then two back to back interviews with two VP's. Then wait about 5-8 days to receive news back.

The interview process for Analyst was not strenuous and I was asked basic roles of the job. Pretty much what was on the job description from the recruiting website I found the posting.
