Contacted by internal recruiter via LinkedIn, one hour phone interview with him to get more about the company and position. Then took the online "cultural fit assessment", took me 90 minutes to complete. I did have to follow up with the recruiter, and must have passed because I moved onto an onsite interview with a manager (ended up doing over Skype). Next step was with a peer, I ended up accepting another offer and did not complete the process.

Cultural fit assessment was a bit invasive. Most questions were just reworded versions of previous questions looking to see if you changed your answers.

Entrevista
I heard of the Valorem position through a recruiting agency. They sent in my resume and after a week or so, a phone interview was set up. After the phone interview, they followed up with an email to take a cultural test. (It wasn't the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, but their own customized one through JDL Group.) While not all of the questions are timed, a series of questions are and you will need to be in the right state of mind for it. The timed sections demand quick thinking using math, word associations, etc. The whole test takes an hour or so.
