I applied under the company Valmont Shared Services based in KL. -The contact person E**c scheduled for the first interview immediately, when asking for availability for a short call/chat. I had to cancel my schedule when I saw it was invitation for interview instead. -No mention of shift work in job description(to make it worse possibility of graveyard shifts for 3 rotating months), interview question included which shifts do you prefer? Which one should I know when it is not mentioned?! -They mentioned I passed the first interview and asked me to fill some forms. -Did exactly that and they said they need to wait for US Team availability -The guy miscalled me late at night and after that vanished into thin air, got ghosted like I never talked to him before. Summary, they think job application is a joke.
