Typical process. First there was a phone interview, then I was brought in for an in person interview with a group of people. The interviews went well and they were kind. There was not too much waiting.

I applied for a case manager position a few weeks ago and was invited for a group interview. I felt like the group interview went well and the recruiter Patrick said that they would be in contact with me within 48 business hours to let me know the next steps in the process. I thought that sounded great... It has been over a week and a half and I have yet to hear if they want to continue with the hiring process or if they went in a different direction. I am in a masters program for mental health counseling and I was looking forward to starting a career in an entry-level position and then practicing there when I get licensed. I am not so sure anymore. I would love to accept an offer if they extend one to me but as I have said I have not received an offer yet.
