Entrevista
Initially, i met with the Branch Manager for a 1:1 interview. He asked about my past job experience and my involvment in extra curricular activities. He seemd to be looking for my ability to communicate with people (manners, personality, patience) He asked several questions regarding how i would handle situations with angry customers. He asked weather it was more important to make the customer happy even if I felt he was wrong. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
After a few days i received a phone call and was required to take an arithmetic and integrity test. The arithmetic test was very simple math. The integrity test asked questions such as: Have you ever stolen? Have you ever lied? Is your goal to optimize the profits of the company or to make money?
After passing both test i met for one more 1:1 interview that same day with a corporate administrator. He basically explained the companies philosophies and goals and wanted to know if i agreed with them and felt like i can work with them. The intervied was followed by the negotiation process.

What would you do If a customer was very angry and requested something against company policy?
When I showed up to the interview, there was construction in their office. They said they sent me an email letting me know that they had to reschedule the interview because of the construction. I never received that email. After the interview they told me that I would let me know by a certain day. I called the day after and they told me that the hiring manager who makes the decisions was on vacation the previous week and the current week. They did everything they could to appear as unprofessional as possible.

Entrevista
Phone call with basic review of skills and resume is initial. In this step your availability is discussed and so on.
Then a scheduling of an in person interview with someone from HR. Which is in the main offices.
After you pass step two, the actual location where you have applied needs to conduct a interview in the branch with two managers .
The process was fairly quick and questions pretty straight forward

Entrevista
i applied in July 2014 and I received an interview on August 2014 and I accepted the offer. The interview was one on one and it only took an hour then right after I was sent to a job fair and I spoke to the district manager and then to HR and they offered me the job.
