They asked some random technical questions related to DFMEA for which I provided multiple examples. Thereafter, they went more in depth. I explained failure modes and real world examples. They asked some more questions on why I'm leaving the job.
Normally its just one interview, with HR and the technical team. He questions are not so difficult and there is no real set format to the interviews and each manager does it very different to the next, so you may get a heavy technical interview or you may not.

Very simple interview with R&D director and site manager in the site manager's office after submitting CV and application letter. The company was much smaller then so the process was simpler.
